Course Progression

  • 1
    In level ONE student regularly work in the kitchen, training restaurant and front office followed by 15 days on-job-training (OJT) in real environment.
  • 2
    In level TWO students undergo SIX months Industrial Training programme in India or abroad followed by hands on training in International cuisine
  • 3
    level THREE focuses on SM modules and students are required to present evaluative work on CIH followed by Campus Placements
